01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website at pixoradigital.tech (“Website”) or by engaging the services of Pixora Digital (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of our website and services.

02 Services

Pixora Digital provides digital marketing, web design, SEO, social media management, branding, and related services (“Services”) to businesses and individuals. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement are outlined in individual project proposals or service agreements signed between Pixora Digital and the client.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

03 Client Responsibilities

To enable Pixora Digital to deliver services effectively, you agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and timely information, materials, and access required for the project.

Review and provide feedback or approvals within the timelines agreed upon — delays in client feedback may delay project delivery accordingly.

Ensure that any materials, logos, images, or content you provide to us do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

Make payments on time as per the agreed payment schedule in your service agreement.

Use all deliverables and services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations in Pakistan and internationally.

04 Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in each individual project proposal or service agreement. Unless otherwise specified:

A deposit of 50% is required before project commencement. The remaining balance is due upon project completion or delivery unless a different schedule is agreed upon in writing.

Monthly retainer services are billed at the start of each month and are due within 7 days of invoice.

Pixora Digital reserves the right to pause or suspend services for accounts with outstanding overdue payments.

All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or US Dollars (USD) as specified, and are subject to change for new engagements with prior notice.

05 Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, all custom-designed deliverables created for a client — including logos, website designs, graphics, and written content — become the intellectual property of the client. Pixora Digital retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All tools, frameworks, templates, methodologies, and pre-existing materials owned by Pixora Digital remain the property of Pixora Digital. Open-source software included in deliverables is subject to its respective licenses.

06 Revisions & Scope Changes

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the project proposal. Revision requests that fall within the agreed scope are included at no additional charge. Requests that exceed the agreed revisions, alter the original scope, or introduce new requirements will be quoted separately and require written approval before work commences.

07 Cancellation & Refunds

If a client wishes to cancel a project after work has commenced:

All work completed to the date of cancellation will be billed at the agreed rate and payment is due immediately.

Deposits are non-refundable once project work has begun, as they cover initial research, planning, and resource allocation.

For monthly retainer services, cancellation requires 30 days written notice. Services will continue and be billed during the notice period.

Refunds for services not yet started may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

08 Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the engagement. Pixora Digital will not disclose client business information, strategies, or data to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law. Clients agree not to disclose our proprietary processes, pricing structures, or internal methodologies.

09 Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Pixora Digital makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the results of any digital marketing campaigns, SEO efforts, or other services. While we strive to deliver measurable results, outcomes depend on numerous factors beyond our control including market conditions, competition, and platform algorithm changes.

We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, lead counts, or revenue outcomes from any of our services.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixora Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability to any client for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by that client for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the claim.

11 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.

12 Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
