The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any engagement are defined in a separate proposal, quote, or agreement between Pixora Digital and the client, which forms part of these Terms once accepted.
Digital marketing outcomes — including but not limited to search engine rankings, ad performance, follower growth, engagement rates, and lead volume — depend on factors outside our control, including platform algorithm changes, market competition, industry conditions, and client-provided assets or approvals.
We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, follower counts, sales figures, or return on ad spend. Any figures shared in proposals, case studies, or conversations are illustrative or historical, not promises of future performance.

Design, content, and creative deliverables typically include an agreed number of revision rounds as specified in the project proposal. Requests beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges, communicated before any extra work begins.

We are not responsible for changes to these platforms' policies, algorithms, pricing, or availability, and are not liable for account suspensions, policy violations, or outages caused by these third parties, provided we've acted in accordance with reasonable industry practice.
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement per the notice terms agreed in the specific project proposal or contract. We reserve the right to terminate or pause services if a client breaches these Terms, fails to make timely payment, or requests work that we reasonably believe to be unethical, illegal, or in violation of a third-party platform's policies (e.g., requests for manipulative SEO tactics, fake reviews, or ad content that violates platform guidelines).
You agree not to use pixoradigital.tech to: violate any law, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, transmit malicious code, or scrape or copy content without permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan, unless otherwise agreed in writing for a specific client engagement (e.g., for international clients where a different jurisdiction is negotiated).
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
